PONY GELDING

A lovely sorrel colt with a white blaze and four white socks, we were unsure as to whether he had inherited his father’s sabino gene, but a coat test confirms he is a roaning sorrel.
He has inherited both of his parents wonderful temperaments and excellent confirmation , so he will make a lovely child’s hypoallergenic pony is the future. He stands now at +-110cm.

Silver gene, as well as his sire, Pirate’s Little Buccaneer’s (see on our Stud page), cream gene.
He is officially a silver buckskin, and when his hair sample was sent to the lab, the technician exclaimed that it was the most amazing sample he had ever received – the breeding possibilities, depending on the mare – were enormous!!

We definitely think that with his excellent confirmation, confident and friendly character, plus his colour, he is going to make a wonderful pony stud stallion, and we are hoping he will be a great prospect for a new or established curly pony breeder here in Europe.
He is now standing at just under 122cm as a yearling, so should finish somewhere between that and 130/132 cm. Blue loves to play, but, like most youngsters, he wants a playmate! If you pick up the horseball to play with him he will run and catch the ball, but if you leave him on his own to play he just looks at the ball and then at you!!
